Frequently asked questions
Your account & data
How do I delete my Caullie account?
You can delete your account directly in the app:
- Open Caullie and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
- In the Manage Account menu, tap Delete Account.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through your Apple ID settings — deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Tap Go to Subscription Settings to check and unsubscribe.
- Tap the Delete Account button.
- Tap Continue in the confirmation dialog.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account and all personally identifiable data are removed from our systems, and this cannot be undone.
What data is deleted when I delete my account?
We permanently delete:
- All personally identifiable information, including your email address
- Everything collected during onboarding: name, weight, height, activity level, and weight-loss goals
- Your entire nutritional profile: calorie targets, macronutrients, and micronutrients
- All meal plans associated with your account
- Your user ID
What happens to meal plans I’ve shared?
Plans you’ve shared remain available to the people you shared them with, but because your user ID is deleted, they are no longer linked to you or your account in any way.
Using Caullie
How does Caullie build my meal plan?
You tell Caullie your favorite foods, goals, and schedule. It generates a personalized weekly plan that balances 25+ nutrients — and if you reject a meal, it rebuilds the plan around your feedback, every time.
Do I have to count calories or log my food?
No. Caullie does the math in the background. No calculators, no logging every almond.
What about allergies and dietary restrictions?
Flag an allergy or restriction and Caullie plans around it. Nothing has to be off-limits — it finds another way to hit your targets.
How much does Caullie cost?
Free for one week, then $12.99/month. Cancel anytime.
Is Caullie on Android?
iPhone today — Android is coming soon.
Is Caullie medical advice?
No. Caullie provides general nutrition information, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional about your dietary needs.
